What should you expect?
Your existing unit(s) and the site will be surveyed by our trained professionals to determine the exact cost of replacement. A formal quote will be provided to you for replacement(s). If you prefer a higher efficiency unit, or one with more options than we recommend or that the code requires, we will provide these as options per your request. We will always include HVAC and electrical permits as required by the municipality, unless specifically requested otherwise. We will provide a site plan showing the crane location and restricted area while the crane is lifting the new and old units. If you prefer a specific brand we will oblige and will inform you if a lower cost yet equal quality option is available.
